- February - The 1953 alien agenda reaches phase 1 of the Alien agenda, after President Eisenhower enters the United States of America into a contract with the Solar Warden during the Krlll meeting. (See 1954 USA contract / 1954 Greada Treaty).
- Unbeknownst to Eisenhower, similar meetings were being conducted with other key Nations around the World, by other krllls. The Soviet Union/Russia was just one of few others nation candidates.

- Eisenhower initiates the US study of 1954 contract.[3]
- Eisenhower reorganizes Majority Twelve (MJ-12), or “Majestic 12”, with Nelson Rockefeller as lead (See US secret funding).[3]
- Nelson Rockefeller vacates the seat of Under Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare in December 1954, to focus on MJ-12.
- Disinformation protocols developed since April 4, 1951 by the Psychological Strategy Board (PSB),[4] are put in full effect (See USA-alien affairs).
